Built on GCP with a robust Ruby on Rails backend, PostgreSQL database, and an intuitive ReactJS front end, the platform streamlines communication between businesses and city authorities. React Native mobile apps extend accessibility, enabling business owners to manage operations on the go. The platform provides real-time emergency alerts, simplifies license renewals, supports compliance troubleshooting, and facilitates direct communication with municipal departments. ML models predict businesses at high risk of safety violations using historical data, business type, and inspection frequency, while AI agents automatically route high-priority 311 complaints to the appropriate municipal departments for proactive inspections. This integrated, cloud-native solution enhances transparency, responsiveness, and efficiency—helping small businesses thrive in an increasingly connected urban ecosystem.
