Agentic AI powered by AWS Bedrock GPT-4o and Whisper automates case note transcription, summarizes interactions, and recommends next steps, while ML models validate note completeness and ensure compliance with HHS documentation guidelines. Integration with healthcare providersโ EHR systems through Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and with Public Safety agencies via secure messaging interfaces to their Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems enables unified, service delivery, advancing digital transformation, interoperability, and compassionate care for individuals in tough times.
