AI-Driven Retail Analytics Platform on Azure

A leading retail and CPG data analytics provider partnered with Sysvine to engineer its unified analytics platform. Sysvine delivered full lifecycle development across a suite of products—including the open data platform, AlwaysOn Analytics for real-time insights, Collaboration Gateway for retailers, Self-Service Reporting, Embedded Insights, and the Visual Explorer dashboard. Built on an architecture using .NET, React.js, Azure Synapse, Azure AKS and Azure AI Studio, the platform enables interactive dashboards from Azure Power BI, custom analytics, AI-driven reporting. Natural language processing, embedded intelligence power automated insight generation, trend discovery, and smart alerting. Beyond visual analytics, Sysvine played a critical role in enabling robust data syndication—automating the delivery of curated, validated data to various customer datamarts, including Sybase and Snowflake.
