Senior Manager - Product Marketing

Hot Duties:

Build and execute multi-channel GTM strategies for innovative technology solutions

Duties:

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans across digital, social, content, and event channels
• Own product positioning and messaging, translating product capabilities into customer-facing value propositions
• Drive demand generation and inbound lead generation through content marketing, webinars, SEO/AEO, and campaigns
• Manage website visibility and presence to support growth and brand awareness
• Build and execute lifecycle/email marketing programs to support adoption and retention
• Run partner and co-marketing campaigns to expand reach
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform positioning and messaging (in partnership with Product Management)
• Provide market and customer insight to support pricing and packaging decisions
• Track and report on retention and engagement metrics to measure marketing's impact on customer lifecycle
• Define and track performance metrics across the funnel (demand gen, pipeline, conversion)
• Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Executives

Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with demonstrated GTM ownership
• Team leadership experience, with ability to develop and mentor marketing executives
• Experience scaling pipeline and revenue through marketing-driven demand generation
• Strong content strategy skills: SEO/AEO/AISO, webinars, lifecycle/email marketing
• Experience running partner and co-marketing programs
• Proven track record against performance metrics (pipeline, conversion, retention)
• 2 to 5 years in healthcare or healthtech is a strong plus
