Software Engineer - Forward Deployed AI

Hot Duties:

• Build AI-native SaaS applications using modern full-stack technologies
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and MCP
• Design scalable APIs and cloud-native architectures integrating AI capabilities
• Apply AI-assisted and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to improve engineering productivity and software quality
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-enabled SaaS applications and cloud-native services
• Build full-stack applications, REST APIs, microservices, and AI-powered workflows
• Integrate LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and MCP into production-grade solutions
• Use AI-assisted engineering to accelerate development, testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation
• Design secure, scalable architectures with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and cloud costs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, observability, and automated quality practices
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, and mentor engineers on AI-first development practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, including AI model integrations and distributed systems
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product capabilities and engineering productivity

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of full-stack software development experience
• Good Python expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Node.js
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• Experience with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, MCP, and vector databases
• Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, OAuth2/JWT, monitoring tools, and secure software development
• Good problem-solving, communication, ownership, and mentoring skills
