Senior AI Fullstack Polyglot

**Hot Duties:**

• Build and scale fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies, from database to search to UI
• Apply BMAD, SDD, and solid architecture patterns using AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code, with scoped context to keep output clean and reduce AI slop
• Own debugging and troubleshooting across complex, production grade systems with a strong focus on quality and security
• Partner directly with customers to turn real requirements into optimized technical solutions

**Duties:**

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and frontend frameworks
• Implement and tune Elasticsearch based search functionality across NoSQL and relational databases
• Debug and resolve issues across the entire stack while optimizing performance, reliability, and security
• Apply AI development frameworks (BMAD, SDD) with scoped context using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and propose solutions
• Follow established architecture and design patterns throughout the development lifecycle

**Requirements:**

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a fullstack developer, with a bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong hands on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies (React or Angular, or JavaScript based frameworks)
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Elasticsearch or similar search technologies
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with demonstrated adaptability
