Senior Systems Analyst - Projects

Hot Duties:

• Drive agile projects end to end, blending traditional PM rigor with AI powered tools and spec driven development
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that both stakeholders and AI assisted teams can execute against
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes
• Champion adaptability and sound communication in a fast evolving, AI driven work environment

Duties:

• Manage projects through the full agile lifecycle, from planning to delivery
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements using spec driven approaches
• Work with stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and expectations
• Leverage AI tools to support planning, documentation, and project tracking
• Use PM tools and platforms to manage timelines, tasks, and reporting
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly across teams

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a degree in a business related discipline
• Proven experience managing projects in an agile environment
• Ability to create clear, well structured business requirements
• Proficiency with common PM tools and platforms
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with AI driven tools and workflows
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast changing environments
