Senior Business Analyst - Projects

Hot Duties:

• Drive agile projects end-to-end using AI-powered tools and spec-driven development
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

Duties:

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements using spec-driven approaches
• Align scope, priorities, and expectations with stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to support planning, documentation, and project tracking
• Manage timelines, tasks, and reporting using PM tools and platforms
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly across teams

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of project management experience, with a degree in a business-related discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Ability to create clear, well-structured business requirements.
• Proficiency with common project management tools and platforms, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new business domains.
