Senior Software Quality Engineer - AI Assurance

Hot Duties:

Build and scale AI-driven quality engineering practices through intelligent, self-evolving automation frameworks that extend beyond traditional test automation. Drive an Automation-First culture by implementing AI-Powered Testing, Specs-Driven Testing (SDT), Shift-Left quality practices, and AI-assisted end-to-end quality lifecycle management. Use AI-enabled self-healing automation, autonomous test generation, and intelligent test optimization to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance release confidence. Define and evolve next-generation quality strategies that enable scalable, resilient, and continuously improving product delivery.

Duties:

• Design, build, and evolve scalable, resilient, and self-healing automation frameworks
• Drive AI-Powered Testing and Specs-Driven Testing (SDT) to accelerate quality, coverage, and delivery
• Define test strategy, risk assessment, and release readiness to enable high-confidence product releases
• Implement AI-assisted testing capabilities, including intelligent test generation, prioritization, test data creation, and defect analysis
• Embed Shift-Left quality practices and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with effective quality gates
• Perform API, Performance, Accessibility, and end-to-end testing initiatives
• Drive AI Assurance across intelligent products, AI agents, and autonomous workflows through continuous evaluation, validation, observability, and governance
• Establish practices for AI quality, resilience, compliance, risk management, and responsible deployment of AI-powered solutions
• Partner with engineering, product, and platform teams to build an Automation-First quality culture
• Mentor teams on modern quality engineering, AI-assisted testing, and emerging industry best practices

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java, or Python
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent
• Familiarity with JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Experience in using AI tools such as Claude, or Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, or Gemini Code Assist, or equivalent
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Jenkins, or similar
• Understanding of modern quality engineering practices, including AI-Powered Testing, Shift-Left testing, and test automation strategy
• Optional: API testing using Postman, or RestAssured, or equivalent
• Optional: Accessibility testing using Axe, or WAVE, or Lighthouse, or similar
• Optional: Performance testing using JMeter or equivalent
• Optional: Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, multimodal AI, AI security, fairness, explainability, and compliance
• Optional: Familiarity with AI evaluation, red teaming, trust measurement, or AI risk assessment
