Senior Software Engineer - Forward Deployed AI

Hot Duties:

Lead the development of AI-powered products on the .NET platform. Own technical decisions, architect scalable solutions, leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle, and continuously expand your expertise across modern technologies.

Duties:

• Scoped work using AI frameworks
• Build AI-powered products and features using .NET and modern web technologies
• Manage AI context to reduce hallucinations and AI slop
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures
• Develop full-stack applications on the .NET platform while adapting to other technologies as needed
• Apply BMAD, SDD, Architecture & Design Patterns using Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI tools

Requirements:

• Expertise in Software Architecture
• Proven experience building AI-powered applications or products
• Platform-agnostic mindset with the ability to learn and work across new technologies quickly
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Software Engineering Principles
• Experience with BDD/TDD and automated testing practices
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write precise, structured technical specifications
• Strong knowledge of software paradigms, distributed systems, and system design
• Focus on engineering techniques and problem solving over specific tools or programming languages
