Blood Donation Camp for November 2016
November 25th, 2016, our SRVine team had arranged blood donation camp through Lions Club. Response from our fellow Sysviners was great. Proud of the fact that Sysviners care about humanity more than just being Engineers.
Providing Services and Donations to non-profit charitable organisations
Sysvine helps build websites of non-profit charitable organisations which work with disadvantaged youth in India and Indonesia. Sysvine also gives monetary contributions to these organisations. These charitable trusts provide university education to poor and handicapped High School graduates to change their lives. Through the services rendered by these organisations, disadvantaged and handicapped youth acquire professional training which enable them to make quantum leaps in their living standards. – Sarojini.org
Donating Computers to Schools
At the close of every financial year, Sysvine contributes computers to Primary, Middle and High Schools. These are schools where low income family children attend school in the Saidapet area and schools in Santhome area where children from the fisherman community attend school. Sysvine also has followups meetings with the principals of these schools to make sure that these computers are being maintained and are in good working condition. – Santhomeenglishchurch.org
Flood Relief Efforts
During the unprecedented Chennai floods in November 2015, Sysvine Technologies has extended a helping hand to the people affected severely. Many of our associates along with the management contributed liberally towards this cause. We identified institutions which were affected extensively close to our office. We distributed notebooks and school uniforms to the “Brotherhood Matriculation Higher Secondary School” located in Neelankarai. We donated provisions, sleeping mats, bed sheets, night clothes and pillows to the Old Age Home located in Anakaputhur.
MyNexTrain Mobile App
Statistical data shows that 30% of citizens in Chennai (1.4 million) use metro and suburban trains, as their source main transport. The statistics are similar in other cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi. Most of the commuters spend less time to find alternate and faster routes for their trains, as there is no easy way to do in the network of transit points. It often takes to read many time charts to figure out and many commuters don’t bother and take the same train route each day though it may not be the shortest or of best comfort. Commuters would love to know the next best train that is closest to where they are.
