Our client has a challenge to keep a tab on daily thousands of big data processing jobs operations and meeting SLA. Part of the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) optimization, we developed a 360 degree insight dashboard portal which gives step to step updates on jobs scheduling, estimation, ETA and ultimately managing SLA. Looping in all the stakeholders in the journey of data augmentation to processing at various steps to delivery. This effectively increased client data processing, data delivery capacity and helped businesses to focus on client centric goals.
