Job Description

Looking for a Lead quality engineer, you will be leading, mentoring, and managing team of Quality Engineers
Good in managing a team of QE, setting scope, work allocation, status reporting, Quality Metric Management, Trend Analysis and Process Metric Management
Defining projects’ test scopes, goals, success criteria and deliverables in collaboration with project management to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products
Expected to demonstrate the experience in leading discussions with Business, Development and vendor teams for testing activities.
Liaise with client, cross-functional teams, Process champions, developers and Managers
Oversee AI, Automated and Manual Testing efforts to identify and report defects
Innovate QE processes and practices by staying current with knowledge of new tools and strategies
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the existing QE processes and workflows
Reviewing Test Plans, Test Cases when required

Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering
Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting languages
In-depth experience with many Testing Strategies, Methodologies and Tools
Experience of Selenium ecosystem
Measure Metrics using Dashboards, identify risks and track progress of efforts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Agile and Scrum experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards excellence
